Contact us as soon as you can and keep wearing the other arch in the meantime. If we already have a recent scan of your teeth, a replacement can often be made from it. If your teeth have moved since, or your last scan is old, we will take a fresh iTero scan when you come in.

The important thing is not to leave a gap in your retention: teeth begin drifting within days, not months, and a delayed replacement can mean a retainer that no longer fits.

How to Care for Your Retainer
